Andrew’s Story
My father was a builder, so I grew up around construction. When I was a kid I worked for him on summer breaks, and I quickly realized that it was a good fit for me. I went to a 4-year trade/ architect school in Budapest, then moved to California and continued my education.
Shortly after moving, I also found work with a midsize construction company. In under a year, I was promoted to superintendent/ project manager, and then a few years later I earned my builder license and started my own business in 2009.
Today, I live with my wife, Linda, and my beautiful little girl, Lisa. We love hanging out in downtown San Carlos for its great restaurants and coffee shops, and my daughter is taking swimming classes at the Swim Academy in San Carlos.
Our Process
Customer satisfaction is always our number one priority. Almost all of our work is custom, so if our clients aren’t thrilled with the results, then we didn’t do our job.
The key to keeping our projects on track is to set clear expectations and communicate effectively. First, we work to understand the project inside and out. That includes understanding how they’ll use the space on a daily basis, balancing aesthetics with function, and working out all the little details well in advance. Then we provide a thorough analysis of costs and a precise timeline.
Once all of that prep work is done, it’s time to break ground. All of that planning wouldn’t mean much without our team’s incredible work ethic, workmanship, and attention to detail. We’ve been developing our approach for over a decade, and that’s how we consistently deliver results without running late or going over budget.
